Why An Employer Should Buy An Employee Health Care Plan
Some employers baulk at the prospect of having to pay for employee health care, but I
managed to convince my first boss of the advantages of a health care plan. I told her that
her two priorities as a business owner is to make sure the work gets done effectively and
efficiently for organizational behavior. She said that that is hard. I told her it would get easier if she buys an
employee health care plan because there would be less employee absenteeism and employees
become more productive. She eventually bought a plan.
