I am trying to decide on a new stroller but I am torn between two different kinds. I particularly like the safety value of the 5 point harness on the Cortina Stroller but I have to tell you if it is hard to adjust I may sometimes neglect to use it out of impatience. I have been looking at other strollers which are not as safe but they seem to use the 3 point harness and I think that I may end up using it more because it would not take as much time. I am sure though that this is the reason they are not as safe.
